The history of Mentis dates back to 1994, when it was first established as Mentis Ltd., later, hand in hand with the expansion of the company, the company formed the more fitting Mentis & Partners Ltd. With over 20 years of experience, the company thus ranks among the most stable players on the Czech market.
From the beginning of its founding, the company focused on real estate activities: the sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties. Gradually, through the emphasis on customer relations, a personal approach and the quality of the work, Mentis & Partners was able to build a large and loyal clientele. As part of the continuous increase in demand for properties, the company also started to focus on the area of development and established cooperation with many investors and developers with whom the company participated in the realization and sales of mainly residential projects. With the experience that the company Mentis & partners Ltd. gained in this field over many years of cooperation, it was decided to invest in the purchase of own real estate property and unfold property development projects from own funding. Currently Mentis & partners can present their development projects: Plzeňská Residence and Lublaňská Residence.
